Here's what you need to know before booking
When you schedule an appointment with us you are agreeing to these policies, which are in place so that we may best serve all of our clients equally and fairly. These policies are for Esthetic services and do not apply to the hair salon at this time.
If for any reason, you believe you will be arriving late to your appointment, please contact us immediately. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Please be aware that if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your full service will be performed that day. In some cases, rescheduling your appointment for another day may be necessary.
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee based on the cost of the scheduled service.
When an appointment is scheduled and you do not show up, you are automatically considered a “no-show” and the terms of the Cancellation Notice apply for the 50% non-refundable cancellation fee. After your first no-show you will be required to put down a 50% non-refundable deposit of your next service scheduled to go towards the cost of your service. After two no-shows you may not be able to schedule with us again.
Inclement Weather Policy
If you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment due to inclement weather, contact us as soon as possible. Your safety is very important to us!
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, change in medication, or any special needs which may affect your services.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service; however, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion and should be calculated based on the amount of the full service price.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. We am not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Product Return Policy
In the event you purchase skincare products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase.
Series of Services
If you choose to purchase a series of services, pre-payment is required and is non-refundable. If you are unable to complete your series or program, a credit will be applied for your future use.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent upon arrival for your full enjoyment of your service.
Children and Other Accompanied Guests
It is best that children under the age of 12 stay at home. No children or other accompanied guests are allowed in the treatment room without advance permission.
