Contraindications for Facial Treatments
Clients with the following conditions cannot receive a facial treatment :
1. Viruses (e.g. flu, colds, cold sores, or warts)
2. Bacterial infections (e.g. impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis, or styes)
3. Fungal infections (e.g. ringworm or blepharitis)
4. Inflamed skin conditions (e.g. dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, or severe acne)
5. Recent sunburn
6. Currently running a fever
7. Any contagious disease
8. Open sores or bleeding
9. Fresh bruising on the face, head, or neck areas
10. Undiagnosed kumps or swelling on the face, head, or neck
11. Broken jaw or other facial bone
12. Recent head or neck injury
13. Known sensitivity or allergy to products being used
14. Tooth abscess
15. Currently being treated for skin cancer
16. Recently consumed alcohol or under the influence of drugs
17. Unstable blood pressure
Clients with the following conditions cannot receive any type of exfoliation during a facial:
1. Clients currently using prescribed products such as Accutane, Retin-A, etc. Client shold not receive any exfoliation for at least six months after they have discontinued use of Accutane, and three months after they have discontinued the use of Retin-A.

2.Skin with excessive spider veins, open cut wounds, sever pustule acne, or areas that have been recently shaved, waxed, or sunburned.
Clients with the following conditions cannot receive any foot treatment :
1. Nail disease or foot fungus
2. Diabetes
